Ibis Mall Of The Emirates ★★★

Location, price. Staff are friendly.

The seats in the lobby are the worst I have ever seen. Can't sit and have a conversation with someone. Too far, very unergonomical. The set near the conference room are even worse.

The staff especially the porters

Stains in the carpet and the carpets are very old

Neat n clean hotel

Very small rooms and bathrooms

Weird gutter smell in the washroom

Breakfast is amazing

No gym or swimming pool, but this is IBIS, it is ok for them.

Location and atmosphere. The ibis is in a central location to mall of the Emirates and bus station and train station

The room had a odd smell. The restaurant service was very slow

Pillow wasn’t soft

Shuttle to emirates mall or somewhere else for the evening for business people or during the day for tourists would have been good. Although the mall was close as a woman by myself I did not want to walk back after dark.

Location, ambience, cleanliness, cordial staff, free wifi and big TV.

No wall clocks in room, no bathroom mats, no bathroom slippers

Very good stay. The staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags in room and check out late. Ideal location, you can literally hop off to the mall of Emirates!

The staff were kind and facilities were good. Very convenient if attending meeting by Burj Al Arab area. Near Mall of the Emirates which is another added bonus. Near the main road - E11 so the location is very good.

The continental breakfast didn’t have much option.

I have been double billed for this booking. One month has passed and despite multiple inquiries at the hotel - this still has not been resolved. Hotel is not responding to my emails.

Location is quite good. Walking distance from Mall of Emirates mall. Hotel very clean and staff friendly.

The breakfast seems too basic. On Friday 15th it was actually bad. Little or nothing to choose from. On Saturday is was actually ok.

Staff was quick..you call room service for any thing and they will be there at your door in 5 minutes...the cleaning staff was also very kind and cooperative.. They allowed us 3 hours late check out Carrefour is next to hotel Taxi available all time Mall of emirates is not very near...20 min walk..so better to take taxi...

They took 30 min to give room. So much paper work and when we went we saw it was connected to another room. Its door was in our room and we could hear lady coughing..I went back to reception..and asked for a seperate room..I was given another room key on first floor...when I went there...was shocked to see that it was also a connecting room...:S..I was getting mad as it was 1:00 am and my 3 year old was waiting for me with my husband in the first room....I again came back to reception and then I was given a 3rd key..( card)..which finally was a seperate room...so the check in process took 1.5 hours and they have no one who can take your lugguage..so my husband took lugguage from reception to first room and then again from there to second room..Thank God I checked the second room before moving there...:((

Location is good, near to the emirates mall, not far from Metro, outside there's several small restaurants very convenient. Room is clean, bed very comfortable, the staff is very nice especially Mr. Ian is very helpful.

Breakfast with more option is better, stay around 1 week almost similar breakfast everyday is a little bit boring.

Staff were polite and friendly. Location is amazing and the room is really good value for the price

Maintenance needs some improvements. Toilet flush used once and kept running the whole night and we arrived late so there was no time to report and get maintenance. In the morning I wanted to hqve a cup of coffe and surprisingly the kettle was on, thank god nothing wrong happened at night and when turned it off it never worked again.

Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Mall of Emirates and Metro station

Rooms are very small, towels were taken after first night but no new once provided. Breakfast bad service, no cups at coffee station, not enough tables, no cuttlery. Low service quality compared to other hotels in Dubai for same rate.

Bathroom shower door had fungus on the seal. The breakfast area seems had no air conditioning on this morning? It was very hot and uncomfortable.

Location. It is nearby emirates mall and metro station.

No luggage assistance. Room facilities are very poor e.g. no shampoo, no dental kit, no conditioner, no face towels. Almost nothing in the bathroom. Reception people were horrible, not even smiling. Eearly morning you can hear high noise of housekeeping people. No walls for the room, only board partitions. My stay was really unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel to any one.
